Pre-conditions

Before attempting to speed up a transaction, ensure it meets the following criteria:

• Status: The transaction must currently be in a "Processing" status.
• Duration: The transaction must have been active for more than 20 minutes.
• Balance: Your wallet must have sufficient funds to cover the additional gas fees required for the replacement transaction.

Case 1: Normal Users

If your transaction is taking longer than expected due to network congestion or low gas fees, you can manually accelerate it. This process increases the gas price to ensure faster confirmation by the network.

In the normal case, users will perform the Speed-up steps detailed below for each specific transaction.

Speed-up Steps

Follow these steps to increase the gas priority for your transaction:

1. Open Activities: Navigate to the Activities tab in your dashboard and select the specific transaction currently marked as "Processing."

2. Access Transaction Information: Within the Transaction Information view, the system will automatically calculate the duration since submission. If the duration exceeds 20 minutes, a Speed up button will appear.

3. Initiate Acceleration: Click the Speed up button. You will be redirected to the security authentication screen.

4. Security Authentication: Enter your Pin Code correctly to authorize the gas adjustment.

5. Confirmation: Once the Pin is verified, the system will submit a replacement transaction with an optimized gas multiplier.

6. Success Notification: After the acceleration request is processed, you will receive a success confirmation. The network will prioritize the new transaction hash, and the status should update shortly thereafter.
