- Launch the app and log in using the account associated with the wallet you want to reset (via Google or Apple).
- On the “Welcome Back!” screen, tap “Having trouble logging in? Reset your wallet” at the bottom.
2. Confirm Reset Details and Target Account

- Confirm that the displayed email address matches the wallet you wish to reset.
- Check the box for “Yes, I want to reset the above account.” and tap “Continue.”
