Before proceeding with the wallet reset, please read the following carefully:

- However, any cryptocurrencies (ETH, BNB, etc.) or NFTs stored in the wallet will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.

✅ Step-by-Step Reset Instructions

1. Log In with the Account to Be Reset
- Launch the app and log in using the account associated with the wallet you want to reset (via Google or Apple).
- On the “Welcome Back!” screen, tap “Having trouble logging in? Reset your wallet” at the bottom.
2. Confirm Reset Details and Target Account
- Confirm that the displayed email address matches the wallet you wish to reset.
- Check the box for “Yes, I want to reset the above account.” and tap “Continue.”

3. Delete the Backup File

- The screen will display the account to be reset, along with a red warning stating that after the reset, any cryptocurrencies and NFTs will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered, and that no compensation will be provided.
- Please delete the wallet backup file stored on your device.
- If you can’t find it, access your local storage and search using the keyword “xenea_backup”, then delete the corresponding file.
